Are you as excited as I am?!?
Here's what you have to do to enter:
Mandatory Entry: Visit one of the above links and tell me something, ANYthing, about it!
Extra entries:
~ Follow me on twitter.
~ Tweet this giveaway and link back. You can do this 5 times! (please use separate comments for each entry)
~ Subscribe to my blog.
~ Post about this giveaway on your blog and link back. This is worth 5 entries! (please use separate comments for each entry)
~ Write about this on Facebook and link back.
~ Stumble or Hoot this giveaway (or whatever social media thingy-bob you use) and link back. Again, 5 times for 5 entries! (please use separate comments for each entry)
I will draw the lucky winner on the morning of Sunday, August 29th, using the same old-school method of drawing from a hat. (If you don't like that method, then don't enter.)
First Disclaimer: I have to have your email available! If I do not hear back from the winner within 48 hours of notification, I will have to choose another person. This is not an exact science, folks so MAKE SURE I can find you on your home page or by putting your email in the comments. By entering below you are signing off any rights to whine or complain that you didn't get my email or that you were out of town or that your internet wasn't working or that a meteor hit your house and you didn't have a chance to check your emails.
Second Disclaimer: Be sure to check all of the venues for schedules and black-out dates. Most will be open year-round, but it sure would stink to arrive and find out that your trip falls on the one week that something is closed for renovations!
Third Disclaimer: (Geesh! Enough with the disclaimers, lady!) Once the package leaves my home (via priority mail), I cannot control it. Should there be a natural disaster of cataclysmic proportions or should the postal service make a boo-boo and the package gets lost, I cannot replace it.
Thank you to everyone who contributed to the giveaway! Your help was wonderful and I couldn't have arranged this without you all!
Good luck to everyone!

I'd love to see the U2 3D exhibit, and the Michael Jackson stuff at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. JD and I were just talking, and we might actually go to Cleveland under our own steam just to see the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
ReplyDeleteAll of the other stuff would be awesome, too, just don't know how we could possibly fit it in to two days.
My email is typelittlea at g mail dot com
Great giveaway! We're in Cleveland all the time visiting family, but never get to do stuff like this, because we're visiting family. O. would love to hang out with dinosaurs at the zoo, a combo of his two favorite things on earth!
ReplyDeleteI didn't know there was a Bruce Springsteen exhibit. Mark would love that.
ReplyDeleteI would just drool over the U2 3D exhibit. Drool, I tell you.
ReplyDeletemy email is ppdacceptance (at) gmail.com
it all looks so cool though I think we would like the Rock n Roll hall of fame!
ReplyDeleteI look forward to my "Lovely views of Lake Erie" from the Crown Plaza. And the pictures of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame look awesome!
ReplyDeleteAnd I follow you on Twitter.
ReplyDeleteAnd I subscribe to your blog.
ReplyDeleteAnd I Facebooked a link- including a witty reference to Betty White. So, now I've done myself in with the 6000 other entries that are about to flood this place.
ReplyDeleteThanks for all the work you put into putting together this giveaway. Great job!
I'd love to show my older boy the biotech medical engineering exhibit at the science center. He took a mini-course at the high school over the summer that was supposed to be fun, but didn't make the subject matter as exciting as he thought it would be.
ReplyDeleteWhat a fun giveaway!
I have always wanted to see the Christmas story house. The author is there this summer giving tours.
ReplyDeleteThe Science Center offers summer camps - how cool is that?
ReplyDeleteAnd of course I follow you on Twitter!

Did you hear I wanted to win it? That's why I blogged about it.
ReplyDeleteAnd maybe sacrificed a small animal in the back yard.
ReplyDeleteBlog about it entry two.
I'm just kidding about killing the small animal in the back yard.
ReplyDeleteBlock about it entry three.
You know that rabbit died of natural causes. That's our story and we're sticking to it, at least.
ReplyDeleteBlog about it entry four.
But I do believe Atlee would be recover from this terrible heart break at the Cleveland Zoo.
ReplyDeleteBlog about it entry five.
Okay, let's run through a little batch of entries so that Gettysburg Mom can finally see the bright lights of Cleveland.
ReplyDeleteFollowing on Twitter. (I'm Patioboater there, too.)
And I see that I goofed up the verification on my first entry, in which I suggest gently to Gettsyburg Mom that an appropriate thank-you gift when I win this thing for her would be A Major Award in the form of a light-up leg lamp from the gift shop at the Christmas Story House.

ReplyDeleteOh my GOODNESS, a vacation that includes a trip to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame (where I can gawp at David Bowie and Aerosmith memoribilia!!) *and* the Christmas Story house? I didn't even know that one could go on tours of that house, much less a museum right across the street! We put on the 24 hours of A Christmas Story each year when it starts on TV and leave it playing. LOVE that movie! My husband and I quote it year round.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the chance to win!

I went to the Great Lake Science Center years ago for a class field trip..I would love to take my son there and maybe catch a movie at their Omnimax theater. Seems like they have alot more to offer now than when I visited as a kid I'm sure the Nasa Glenn visitor center will have much more to offer once it's completed there.
